When you fill in the contact form on our website, we process the following personal data:

• Identity data: first and last name
• Contact data: e-mail address and (if provided) phone number
• Customer transaction data: (if provided) company name, request subject and message content
• Marketing data: your consent to commercial electronic messages (only if you give it)
• Transaction security data: submission time, language preference and your IP address, used temporarily to prevent abuse

Please do not include special categories of personal data, such as health information, in the message field.

• Responding to your request and getting in touch with you
• Planning and carrying out proposals, discovery calls and product/service processes
• Following up on requests and complaints
• Running information security processes and preventing abuse of the form (spam, automated submissions)
• Fulfilling legal obligations and providing information to authorized bodies
• Sending commercial electronic messages about our products, services and events, if you consent

Consent to commercial electronic messages is optional; not giving it does not affect how your request is handled. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to ⁦[email protected]⁩.

Your personal data is collected electronically and by automated means through the contact form on our website.

Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to:

• Service providers that supply our website hosting and e-mail infrastructure (KVKK Art. 8)
• Authorized public institutions, upon request and to the extent required by law

Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. If our service providers' servers are located abroad, any transfer is carried out in line with the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK.

Contact form records are kept for 2 (two) years after your request is concluded. Records of consent to commercial electronic messages are kept for the 3 (three) years required by law after the consent ceases to be valid.

When these periods expire or the conditions for processing no longer apply, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
• Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it has been transferred
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK
• Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
• Object to a result against you arising from analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems
• Claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing

Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee schedule set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.

In addition to cookies strictly necessary for the site to work (such as the language preference cookie that remembers the language you chose), our website uses Google Analytics cookies only if you give your explicit consent. These cookies help us understand how the site is used; your IP address is processed in anonymized form.
